- Todorov Brothers was established in June 1995. In 1998 we picked the crew manning business. Since then up to date we are one of the reputable crew manning agencies in Varna Bulgaria.In July 2008 the company was renamed Intercrewing TBBG Ltd.The main objective of the company is to provide experienced and qualified maritime personnel to reputable shipowners and ship managers, and to offer and provide adequate training to seafarers, whenever necessary, to enhance their professionalism and continuous improvement of the service standard.

Intercrewing is also able to supply special maintenance teams consisting of marine ship-repairing specialists, who make it possible to undertake repairs aboard, without having to put the vessel out of operation. This allows for significant savings for the Shipowner.
